Sunshine and PLAY!

Today is brought to you by the letter P.  P for “Play.”

When is the last time you cut loose, acted like a six year old, and just found the joy of the moment?
I mean, we did it all a time as kids. Look at me, below, with my best friend and her sister, crawling around the floor in crazy costumes when I was a little kid:

Why don’t we keep that enthusiasm today!?!?

Sure, I know it is HARD. But we can still maintain some of that enthusiasm.
So today, is an UPWARD FACING BOW (Urdhva Dhanurasana) kind of day.

Embrace your inner kid. Let loose, have fun, go upside down!

Check-in tomorrow for an upward facing bow pose tutorial? Can’t wait that long? Check out yogi Kathryn Budig’s Upward Facing Bow pose tutorial on yogaglo!

Need some inspiration for some playful joy? How about Walking on SUNSHINE to make your day get off to an amazing start!?!?

JUMP, HAVE FUN, and PLAY! Walk on sunshine! It’s Friday, y’all! 😀

Kids are great inspiration for adults. We do have to let loose, get creative and remember how to play and have fun. My kids inspire me in fitness by challenging me to do monkey bars! I am proud I can do it now as a mom, when I never could as a child!

Good for you! I definitely haven’t tried tackling the monkey bars since I was a kid–I can imagine those are tricky but also inspiring! Kids are so wonderful and important–especially now. Thanks for your comment!!!
