Teal Run and Run for Boston

On Wednesday, with the awesome group Running for Brews, I ran for Boston.
But I also ran for Sexual Assault Awareness month.

We wore teal to show solidarity and awareness for sexual assault.

We wore Boston race bibs to show our solidarity and support for the city of Boston and the entire running community.

I pray for a day when we do not have to run to prevent horrific events, when we do not have to race for peace.

But until then. I will proudly continue to run for the future. Run for love. Run for peace.

I hope you will join me.

I love running for the sake of running. I love pushing myself. And if people can turn their love into a show of support for a cause, all the better.

Love all your reasons for running ๐Ÿ™‚ I run for the future too, future generations that is; to show my kids that you are never too old (or too young) to run!
