I am a Yogi.
I am a Runner.
I am a Yogi who is ALSO a Runner.
But I was a Yogi before I was ever a Runner.
And I am a better Runner because I am also a Yogi.
I am also a a more conscious and aware Yogi because I am a Runner.
So there is nothing that gives me better joy than teaching Yoga for Runners.
82 percent of runners get injured. How crazy is that? I am not a fan of injuries and, thankfully, thus far my recent injuries (such as that dangerous broken toe on the golf cart), have had nothing to do with my athletic activities.
I’d like to keep it that way.
I do Yoga for Runners.
Meaning, I have a dynamic warm-up. I know how to properly stretch for my running body. And I know what stretches are appropriate to do after running–and for how long.
I do yoga every day. Since I’m a runner, every day my personal practice is also YOGA FOR RUNNERS.
