Motivational Monday: #inversionaday challenge begins!

Monday, June 10 is a great day.

Not only is it the start of the MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY feature on this blog, but it is the OFFICIAL START of the 21 Day #inversionaday challenge!!

Y’all I am beyond excited to get upside down.

We have over 100 people digitally participating in our inversion challenge.

Already, we have had TWO people post photos of their first day on the #inversionaday challenge.

I have been in contact with studios, magazines, festivals, and more to try and get awesome prizes for Tampa Bay local finishers and those who live INTERNATIONALLY.

This is going to be awesome.

They say it takes 21 days to make a habit.  Let’s see how we can transform our lives by quite literally changing our perspective on life for 21 days.

Bruce Lee said “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

Well, we aren’t trying to work on our kicks–but we ARE trying to work on our form and dedication.  Practicing an inversion every day will have more benefit than just physically improving your core, stamina, etc.  You will find new dedication and focus on your runs, while swimming, even walking!

Let’s be so connected to our bodies and our lives that we INSPIRE others to be awesome. (Instead of inspiring fear like Bruce Lee.)

And I’m starting with headstands today!! YIPPEE! I need to work on my arm strength and core to become a better swimmer! (And runner, cyclist, person, etc.)

    I just joined up too! I have a foot injury, and have been having a little trouble staying motivated. This “upside down” challenge is absolutely perfect for me, arms I can do. Better yet, my upper body is pretty weak so this is even better! Thanks for linking up today!
