Motivational Monday: #inversionaday challenge begins!
Monday, June 10 is a great day.
Not only is it the start of the MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY feature on this blog, but it is the OFFICIAL START of the 21 Day #inversionaday challenge!!
Y’all I am beyond excited to get upside down.
We have over 100 people digitally participating in our inversion challenge.
Already, we have had TWO people post photos of their first day on the #inversionaday challenge.
I have been in contact with studios, magazines, festivals, and more to try and get awesome prizes for Tampa Bay local finishers and those who live INTERNATIONALLY.
This is going to be awesome.
Best part? There is still time for you to join. Visit the facebook event and begin to go upside down with us today!
They say it takes 21 days to make a habit. Let’s see how we can transform our lives by quite literally changing our perspective on life for 21 days.
Bruce Lee said “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”
Well, we aren’t trying to work on our kicks–but we ARE trying to work on our form and dedication. Practicing an inversion every day will have more benefit than just physically improving your core, stamina, etc. You will find new dedication and focus on your runs, while swimming, even walking!
Let’s be so connected to our bodies and our lives that we INSPIRE others to be awesome. (Instead of inspiring fear like Bruce Lee.)
We are still looking for prizes and inspiration along the way. If you are interested in providing an inversion tip, offering a class discount, providing a coupon or prize for completion, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
And I’m starting with headstands today!! YIPPEE! I need to work on my arm strength and core to become a better swimmer! (And runner, cyclist, person, etc.)
How will you start the #inversionaday challenge? How do you motivate yourself on a Monday? I’m motivated and inspired by the over 100 participants in our #inversionaday challenge. If they can do it, I can do it!
Let’s be awesome together y’all!
