Yoga for Runners Recap

It’s been a busy past few weeks for Yoga for Runners here in Tampa Bay!
Quick re-cap.
Saturday, July 20th class at Lululemon Hyde Park was an amazing success! Nearly fifty yogis joined us on the mat for some cross-training yoga for runners!
I forgot to snap photos until final relaxation, but here’s part of the room:
Thank you Lululemon for having such an awesome community event! I had so much fun teaching! Y’all rock!
Then, of course, Sunday July 28th launched my SECOND yoga for runners workshop at Fit2Run St. Pete! What a great store! (And yes, it’s where I buy my running shoes y’all!) Here I am with the store’s event coordinator Karen Anthony:

Our next class will be at Fit2Run St. Pete on Sunday, August 11th at 9:30 am to allow for a little bit more time to sleep before getting your yoga on. Stay tuned for further details!!
