Yoga for Runners Recap
It’s been a busy past few weeks for Yoga for Runners here in Tampa Bay!
Saturday, July 20th class at Lululemon Hyde Park
was an amazing success! Nearly fifty yogis joined us on the mat for some cross-training yoga for runners!
I forgot to snap photos until final relaxation, but here’s part of the room:

Then, of course, Sunday July 28th launched my SECOND yoga for runners workshop at Fit2Run St. Pete
! What a great store! (And yes, it’s where I buy my running shoes y’all!) Here I am with the store’s event coordinator Karen Anthony:

Our next class will be at Fit2Run St. Pete on Sunday, August 11th at 9:30 am to allow for a little bit more time to sleep before getting your yoga on. Stay tuned for further details!!
