I apologize, y’all for the Paleo delay. What with a weekend, apartment hunting, and a 90s themed birthday bash, I got a bit behind.
I promise I’ve been sticking Paleo! Well, mostly, there may have been some cheese and bread consumption on Sunday. (Pizza from the delectable Cappy’s in St. Pete.)
- Handful of raw almonds
- Paleo banana bread, toasted
- Paleo berry smoothie with almond milk, mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), dash of honey, and dash of almond butter
- Left-over pulled pork from the Witches Den
- Cole slaw
- Side salad
- I loved the mustard-sage chicken thighs so much, I made them again!!
- Roasted broccoli and new potatoes (all this running has made me crave carbs)
- 2 mile walk (technically was supposed to be a rest-ish day)
- 30 minutes of yin yoga
