Paleo Tuesday

I apologize, y’all for the Paleo delay. What with a weekend, apartment hunting, and a 90s themed birthday bash, I got a bit behind.

I promise I’ve been sticking Paleo! Well, mostly, there may have been some cheese and bread consumption on Sunday. (Pizza from the delectable Cappy’s in St. Pete.)

Breakfast:

  • Handful of raw almonds
  • Paleo banana bread, toasted
  • Paleo berry smoothie with almond milk, mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), dash of honey, and dash of almond butter
Lunch:
  • Left-over pulled pork from the Witches Den
  • Cole slaw
  • Side salad 
Dinner:
  • I loved the mustard-sage chicken thighs so much, I made them again!!
  • Roasted broccoli and new potatoes (all this running has made me crave carbs)

Fitness:

  • 2 mile walk (technically was supposed to be a rest-ish day)
  • 30 minutes of yin yoga
