Given my post on happiness yesterday, I have decided to give myself a yoga challenge.
1. I am going to go to a yoga class every day for 21 days. NOT yoga at home. Yoga from a teacher in person.

2. I am going to find a way to teach a weekly yoga class again. To teach the Lora Yoga class– not substitute or teach a flow class or try to mold me to fit the class description. And to make the time in my busy week to teach!! This one may be hardest!
In print, these things sound pretty simple. In practice? May not be so easy.
