“Begin today! Everyone has trouble starting because the end line seems so far away. The trick is to take life one day at a time. Start with baby steps and then keep going every day a little further. The journey never really ends, so the important thing is to just keep putting one foot in front of the other. (In fact, that can sometimes be my race mantra if I am feeling sluggish and tired!) And remember to love yourself along the way!!
