Yoga for Athletes Training with Sage Rountree Review

This past week has been phenomenal!

I was up in beautiful Carrboro, North Carolina outside of Chapel Hill to study with Sage Rountree at Carrboro Yoga Company.

Here’s the photo of me and Sage from the June 25 post update on my training!


We spent our time learning, yoga-ing, running, you name it! We discussed yoga for all sports ranging from football and basketball to golf, swimming, running, cross-fit, and even curling! (And watched some USA soccer to boot!) The entire training was fantastic and spending time with other yoga teachers from around the country is always an unbelievable experience.

I met so many wonderful yogis and athletes and am *so* grateful to know each and every person in the training!

Spoiler! I never post foodie pictures, but check out some of the Southern food that managed to get in my belly during the training! I love North Carolina!


Truly, the experience was fantastic! I can’t wait to apply all that I learned to my yoga for runners and yoga for athletes classes and workshops–not to mention all my other teaching! And I cannot WAIT to keep learning from Sage and Carrboro Yoga Company!! 🙂

    Wow it looks like you had a great time Lora. The food looks great too!! 🙂 I keep telling myself I need to start doing Yoga. I’m going to do it at some point this year.
