    Oh i wish I could go to this. I’m waaay too pregnant to be running these days, but this is just the sort of thing that I love. I try to end every run with at least 10 minutes of yoga. <3

    I am such a terrible runner amd yogi, lol. I do want to get into yoga to improve my running and other gains though! I work late on Mondays, otherwise I’d def be there!
