How I have a great Monday

One of my friends asked me why I am always so chipper on Monday mornings. Trust me, I don’t love them. I wish I could sleep in and never have to be anywhere (other than going for a run or attending a yoga class) before 10 am.

And yet.

So I make sure to set myself up for a great Monday by following these TEN simple steps!

How I have a great Monday:

1) Get up early (At least 15-30 minutes earlier than normal)

2)Drink large glass of water

3) Make coffee

4) Write in journal

5) Begin to drink coffee


6) Eat healthy breakfast

7) Drink more coffee


8) Drink more coffee


9) Stretch a little and do a yoga pose or two

10) Drink more coffee!!!!!


How do you set yourself up for success on Monday mornings?

Yes, I am aware that my coffee consumption may rival that of the Gilmore Girls. It’s all good, y’all.

    My Mondays would definitely go better if I got up a little early and got in some yoga and extra coffee!

    HaHa…you are too funny!! Tea or Monster Rehab Rojo Tea for me please! Caffeine definitely helps. Having enough time to sit down and drink it before leaving helps even more.

    Love this! 🙂 I also love to wake up earlier so I can get a head start and of course drink copious amounts of coffee so that I can get everything done!
