Meet my friend Kimberly.
Kimberly and I met at Sage Rountree’s Yoga for Athletes training this past summer. Like me, Kimberly is a runner and yoga teacher. She also is a fantastic inspiration! Kimberly is passionate about meditation and wants to share her love for meditation with the masses.
I don’t know about y’all, but I can ALWAYS use some motivation to meditate! I feel ten times better after sitting down, but I always find excuses to avoid meditation.
Not this month!
Kimberly hosts a thirty day meditation challenge. Why? Because she “wanted to create some buzz around meditation because of the benefits that it offers, for example less anxiety in daily life and an ability to make better decisions.” Hear, hear!
Say NO to anxiety. Say YES to clearer, happier decisions.
I don’t know about y’all, but I’m ready to use November to help transform my WISHES into REALITY. 🙂

I’m participating. Although I already have an active meditation practice, I definitely don’t meditate every single day. Time to remedy that!
November is a great time to express gratitude, to look back on all the good things we have on our life–and look forward to all the good things we want to manifest and create in our lives.
