And JadeYoga wants to help me celebrate my birthday month! WOOHOO!

How?

With YOGA PROPS!

Y’all know how much I praise yoga straps and blocks. They are amazing tools to bring yoga to your body. You can use a strap to lengthen the arms and make for happy hamstrings and back. A block can lift the butt and also lift the floor to you. They are indispensable tools for any home yoga practice–but especially for athletes and those of us who sit a lot, run around a lot, or are just generally living a busy lifestyle! Sometimes a prop can be your best friend!

Thanks to a prop you can find a deeper version of a one-legged balancing pose such as this half moon :

Or you can take a moment to chill and gently open the back in a supported fish:

Basically props are super awesome, lovely and amazing things! (Not signs of weakness, but signs of strength!)

And JadeYoga and I want to help you to practice with props! For my birthday we have a special giveaway for you to help take your practice home with you and useΒ  blocks to assist in going deeper and more safely into postures!

We are giving away one awesome JadeYoga towel (perfect for hot days) and TWO JadeYoga wood blocks!

Thanks JadeYoga!

Check out these awesome blocks:

Pretty cool, huh?

Plus, the towel in addition to being super effective, super soft, and super pretty provides one month’s worth of clean drinking water to a person in the developing world. How great is that? JadeYoga believes in giving back. The blocks also help the environment, going back to protecting our rainforests. I love sustainable practices from good companies. You go JadeYoga!

It’s easy to enter the giveaway, see below for details! πŸ™‚ The towel and blocks have a combined value of approximately $75. I hope you enjoy another birthday present for you all! I hope that, regardless of whether or not you “win,” you check out JadeYoga, start using some yoga blocks, and transform your practice for the better.

Thanks again JadeYoga! Y’all are the best!!!
