#TaketheLeap with Prana & Sweat Pink!


You may remember my Vision Board for the year?


Do you see all that YOGA on there? That’s a lot of yoga. And NOW is the perfect time to give that vision board a boost and send it into reality!

It’s time to take my inspired asana off the mat and onto, well, Instagram! (And the rest of the web!)

And you get to join me! 😀


Here’s the skinny:

  • Follow me @Lora_Hogan on Instagram, along with SweatPink (@FitApproach) and @Prana.
  • Pledge to #TakeTheLeap and practice yoga EVERY DAY for 30 days starting THIS MONDAY, February 2 and ending Sunday, March 8.
  • Post a photo of you yoga-ing once a day (or more)!
    • Tag me (@Lora_Hogan) so that I can know what you’re up to, motivate you, inspire you, support you, cheer you on, and lend a hand!
    • Be sure to tag @Prana and @FitApproach and  include the hashtag #TaketheLeap to be eligible for some amazing prizes.  Prizes include $500  worth of Prana gear for you and a BEST FRIEND (that’s $500 for each of you)!!  Please use #prana and #sweatpink, as well to make sure all your entries get in! (‘Cause you want to win, right?)

This is for EVERYONE! So males, don’t think you can’t join in just because you’re shy about “sweating pink.” We gotcha! You can sweat whatever color you like, so long as your sweating alongside us and practicing your yoga! Just remember to tag us to let us know! In fact, this is a GREAT challenge for men and women alike–even your kiddos or your elderly grandparents!

Beginners? This is for you. Advanced yogis? This is for you. Everyone in between? This is for you.

This is a challenge for ALL of us to take our yoga to the next level, to commit to our practice and ourselves. To make time, even if only a few minutes each day to devote ourselves to OURSELVES and to move, stretch, and find some of that inner peace.

    What a great idea! I haven’t been feeling up to my normal HIIT workouts lately but yoga certainly seems doable. My big question….any tips on taking selfies while doing yoga?? 😀

    Hey. I’m doing the challenge too! I hope it will help me get into a habit of doing yoga daily. Can’t wait for it to start! Are you going to do strictly yoga poses photos or a mix of items and poses? I’m not sure what items I would take pictures of though…. 🙂

    I am exicted to #taketheleap with you. This will be a great challenge for me and will hopefully help me to improve my flexibility. Can’t wait for the journey to begin!
