A ClassPass Fitness Tour of Tampa (+ Nuun Giveaway!)

I’m in love with ClassPass y’all.

I’m a group fitness junkie. Yet it can be SO EASY to stick to my patterns. To do my normal routine in my normal area. To stay in my comfort zone.

And, as we all know, “life begins at the edge of your comfort zone.”

So it is time to jump out of my comfort zone and stretch myself–physically, mentally, and even geographically.

Thanks to ClassPass I have tried new forms of fitness (and used muscles I swear I never knew existed), I have explored all over Tampa Bay, and I have found some new fitness loves. So much that I’m googling ClassPass options in New York so that I can try even MORE fitness classes that aren’t even available in Tampa yet. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Where have I gone, you may ask?

There’s been yoga ALL OVER TOWN (of course!!) — complete with some fun arm balances with Evolation Yoga’s Kerri before we both took class with Eric Wheeler at Yogani Studios:

Those hips needed to be stretched for sure, especially after an awesome spinning to the beat ride at Urban Body Fusion:

Not to mention the rowing at Soul Rooster:

And the kickboxing at Title Boxing Club South Tampa!!

I have also completely fallen in love with the Bar Method!!!

My yoga, my running, my posture–all have benefited from starting Bar Method at Bar Method Tampa!!! I’m so grateful to ClassPass for introducing me to barre classes, especially Bar Method Tampa!

Nuun Active Hydration provides much needed electrolytes post-workout. I mix mine with water to re-hydrate and keep my body running optimally with all my intense workouts. (I still am running up a storm, teaching, and have a daily home yoga practice in addition to my ClassPass cross-training!) Nuun tastes good, has no sugar, and fits in my Apera gym bag’s front pocket.ย  It has made a HUGE difference in my stamina and energy levels.ย  Here’s what it looks like in my ohyo water bottle:

    Sometimes I rehydrate with water or chocolate milk especially after a race or long runs. During the race I love to use Nuun!!

    I always refuel with water! But on long run days, I go for either Nuun or chocolate milk. I love something extra after running extra miles!

    I wish there were more studios outside of
    S Tampa that are part of Class Pass here. I just read an article about the founder and it does seem they are trying to enlist more places in every city but I guess it will take time for it to really catch on. #TBB #LinkLove
