SATURDAY, March 28 from 1pm to 3pm:
Are you yourself a runner, triathlete, or other athlete looking to add yoga to your cross-training? This workshop is your jam! Come and learned valuable poses to take home and incorporate to your daily fitness regime. Be prepared to move your body, to relax, and to have fun!
