#LoveYourHips Yoga Challenge
I have exciting news!!!!
On Monday, May 11 Brittany Suell and I launch a #LoveYourHips yoga challenge!! 🙂
Can I get an OM YEAH?!?
Here’s the deets:
- The challenge runs for 14 days, starting MONDAY May 11, 2015
- It’s an ACCESSIBLE all-levels hip opening challenge!! Because we all need to free our hips a bit, don’t you think? Especially as we head into summer. (And increase our runs and outdoor activities that can add lots of tension to your hips.)
- Check us on Instagram to see the poses for the day (@brittanysuell and @lora_hogan)
- Post a photo of you in the day’s pose or a variation and tag @brittanysuell @lora_hogan and @prana so we know you entered, as well as be sure to use #LoveYourHips
