I have exciting news!!!!


On Monday, May 11 Brittany Suell and I launch a #LoveYourHips yoga challenge!! 🙂

Here’s the deets:

  • The challenge runs for 14 days, starting MONDAY May 11, 2015
  • It’s an ACCESSIBLE all-levels hip opening challenge!! Because we all need to free our hips a bit, don’t you think? Especially as we head into summer. (And increase our runs and outdoor activities that can add lots of tension to your hips.)
  • Check us on Instagram to see the poses for the day (@brittanysuell and @lora_hogan)
  • Post a photo of you in the day’s pose or a variation and tag @brittanysuell @lora_hogan and @prana so we know you entered, as well as be sure to use #LoveYourHips
  • Miss a day? Don’t sweat, hop on when you can!! 🙂

    What great timing! I’ve been working a lot and spending way too many hours at the computer the last couple of weeks. So of course my hips have started getting sore from too much sitting.

    Sounds like a fun way to fix that!

    I think I’m going to join up! I definitely think this will help during my current half marathon training! How do we know what poses to do each day?
