Overwhelmed by Gratitude

Gratitude is busting out all over!!!

As I mentioned on the blog on Friday, I am doing Oprah and Deepak Chopra’s 21 day Grace Through Gratitude Meditation Challenge. Since beginning, I have been overwhelmed by how much I have to be grateful for each and every given day.

Seriously y’all, I am OVERWHELMED by GRATITUDE.

I am grateful for all the new friends I was able to meet this past weekend at the Food and Wine Conference. (Stay tuned for a re-cap of the event on the Tampa Bay Bloggers site–another fabulous group that I am so grateful to be a part of!!!)

Not to mention  that I am thankful for all the good food (and WINE! Don’t forget the wine! MMMMMM! WINE!) I was able to week this past weekend, and yesterday! YUMMMMMMMM. Thank you Del Friscoe’s Tampa for the amazing burger and adult milkshake last night. I am still drooling over my dinner…. Because come on, it looked like this:

I am grateful for the amazing tribes of support I have online. I am especially grateful this week to my Sweat Pink sisters, without whom, I never would have turned this blog into what it is today. Even more so, I am honored to know Jamie King (who is technically the QUEEN of Sweat Pink) digitally and even more touched to be included in her Women Crush Wednesday post on the digital women who inspire her! You are such an inspiration to me Jamie and the fact that I could, in any small way, help to inspire you is just incredible and I am SO GRATEFUL. Thank you for all that you do and the amazing Sweat Pink sisterhood. Y’all are seriously some of the best women ever. Now, to actually meet y’all in real life! (I’m still voting for a Florida beach meet-up. Can we make this happen? Yoga, Runs, Beach, GOOD FOOD!?!?!?)

I am grateful for my support group and the people who I am able to help, like Annette Scott. Her massages are AMAZING and she is such a wonderful yoga teacher and mentor to me! (I am also grateful for the super awesome tote bag from Big Easy Brands that I can use to carry all my work-from-home goodies around to massages, studios, coffeeshops, and more!) Thank you to the mentors like Annette who support me, push me, and make me feel so invigorated every day!

I am grateful for all the brands that I have had the privilege to work with and grow with. I almost died when I saw this image in my email over the weekend from NESH NYC (which is available in my Zindigo shop. If you haven’t checked it out yet ladies, they truly make some adorrrrrrrrable fashion!)

I feel so honored, so amazed, and just so beyond grateful to be inspiring anybody at all!!!!!!

I’m not the kind of girl who toots her own horn. That’s not me. It will never be me. I just try to do me and somehow along the way, all y’alls have been there to support me. To cheer me on. Y’all put up with my humor (I sorry for all the bad jokes..except not really, because they make me happy!), y’all embrace my faults, y’all push me to do my best, and y’all are right there with me in success and failure. I cannot thank you enough.

And I know there are more things that I am thankful for. In fact, I am just OVERWHELMED BY GRATITUDE. Every comment. Every tweet. Every email. Every yoga student. Literally EVERYTHING is making me all teary-eyed and overwhelmed with thankfulness. But at the root of it is all of you. YES YOU!!!!!!! The people who come to this blog. Who interact with me socially (in real life and digitally). And the people who come to my classes, my workshops, my trainings. And I mean it when I say, from the bottom of my heart, that I LOVE YOU! I love each and every one of you.

Thank you so much for being there. Thank you for your support. Thank you just for being you!

It means more than you can possibly imagine.

Much gratitude. Big hugs. And lots of love.

This post is so sweet. I know the feeling you are describing, there are some days when I am so grateful for everything that I just feel like I can take on the world 🙂 I’m glad that I’ve had the opportunity to get to know you through Sweat Pink! Next time I am in FL I will be looking you up.

Gratitude is such a wonderful feeling. The ability to acknowledge someone else for the joy and love they have provided you is fantastic. I am grateful to you for providing such wonderful reading materials! Also, that burger is making me hungry!

Beautiful post! I used to end each day writing down 3 things I was grateful for in a journal. I got out of the habit a few years ago but your post is inspiring me to start that up again.

PS – That burger looks AMAZING.
