Good morning y’all.

Today, I have but a brief message.

GOOD MORNING.

That’s it.

Wake up, and let the day be GOOD.

Whatever happened yesterday is done.

Today has yet to be.

Let go of worries.

Let go of doubts.

Let yourself just be present in the morning.

And have a GOOD MORNING and a FANTASTIC DAY.

And with that, I’m off to do a morning intention-setting meditation and my #40digitaldays Baron Baptiste 30 minute practice. How will you start your GOOD DAY?

January 15th: you are going to be a happy day. Start the day with love and awareness.

    Thank you for that! I usually read an article or two from a site I enjoy like Dumb Little Men or Pick the Brain while I’m getting ready in the bathroom. Their articles put me in the right mind frame for the day. And as you know, how you start your day is critical.
