I have an old friend in a yoga teacher training program who asked for a list of some of my favorite yoga and meditation books.  I feel like she probably isn’t the only person who wants to know what lives on my bookshelf, so here y’all go!

My list is always changing, but this is what I have been reading and re-reading of late!

    I have recently taken up running, and have the worst time stretching and breathing properly, that I keep telling myself I need to take up yoga as well to improve my runs..I totally need to check some of these books out!
