You are my inspiration!

People ask me, what makes me so positive? What inspires me?

The answer is easy– YOU.

I am surrounded by so many talented and amazing people who are on journeys of growth and success.

With a group of motivational friends at the Women’s Running half marathon in St. Pete!

There is my friend Morgan who after years is achieving her life long dream of being a family doctor–and doing her residency at an ivy league school to boot!

My friend Annie who runs with determination and joy.

My friend Katie who truly embodies kindness in everything she does. She will do anything to lend a helping hand!

Kyle, who not only designed the graphic on this site, but just completed her first 15k!

The list goes on and on!

The friend who just started her own LLC and is making plans to actively help change the world through her international public health mission. The cheerleader friend who knows how to tell you to keep going.  The yogis traveling to Nepal. The friend who is launching a fundraising campaign to bring yoga to veterans. (Stay tuned on that front!) The linguist–studying foreign language at night in a distant learning course.   My acupuncturist who is diving so deeply into her own personal meditation practice with Deepak Chopra! I am surrounded by friends who want to make this world a better place. Who set goals and accomplish them!

It is inspiring.

I could write a blog post on how amazing each of the people in my life are–and another blog post and another.  I am truly lucky to be around people who are always trying to make life better and who are the very embodiment of #PassLove. They know that, in order to help others, we have to help ourselves and be the best version of us we can possibly be.

I am so so blessed to have these people in my life.

When you want to know how I can be so driven, so compassionate, so positive….it is because I have the best examples at my side.  I have the best friends and family a girl could one.  For serious.

And those of you whom I only know digitally–the fellow tweeters, the blog readers–you too are my inspiration. Knowing that my posts resonate with you, encourage you, and that you feel the same…it encourages me to keep going, keep writing, keep working to change the world through love.

Thank you all!!

A good supportive and encouraging group of friends can really make the difference in our lives. I have some amazing people in my life and I feel the exact same way about them. Congrats to your friends on their accomplishments.
