Don’t give up

When you’re in the middle of something it can be SO tempting to give up. To quit. To just stop trying.

That’s precisely the moment when you need to DIG IN.

When it seems hard, when you’re getting bored, or feeling just plain lazy–that’s often the exact moment when you need to kick it up a notch.

Right now we are on DAY 18 of the #Prana and #SweatPink #TaketheLeap Challenge.

That’s Day 18 out of 30, mind you.

It can be soooo tempting to stop at this point.

To say “MEH. I don’t really need to do 30 straight days of yoga.

But that’s when you need it the most.

Marathoners don’t get to mile 26.2 because they stop when they hit mile 15.

Entrepreneurs don’t finally turn a profit because they stop when they really have to work.

Novelists don’t finally get that book published if they just write a juicy middle.

You have to do the whole thing.

You have to keep going.

So today. Recommit to your practice. Recommit to your goals.

Remind yourself that you CAN do it.

And think of how amazing you’ll feel when you’ve reached your goals.

Keep going.

The moment you want to quit is PRECISELY the moment when you need to plow ahead.

The moment when you feel like you’ve got a case of the “I can’t do this,” is the very moment when you need to KEEP GOING.
