Triple Chocolate Gluten-Free Cookies

You don’t exercise as much as I do without eating the rewards.

Ooops! Should that have been savoring the rewards?

How about both?

I love fitness, I love running, I love yoga.

I also love eating good food in moderation.

Thankfully, I also know how to properly fuel my body for all my fitness.

Sometimes, that means all I want in the whole wide world is a cookie.

Like this Saturday.

And, even more thankfully, I had a box of ardennefarm chocolate gluten-free cookie mix at home!

Can you say YUM?

Of course, knowing my love for chocolate, I had to make these even chocolatier.

So I added semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips (both from Trader Joe’s.) MMM. WOW!

How do you not want to eat this?

And now you can!

Here’s how:

Triple Chocolate Gluten-Free Cookies

  • 1 box ardennefarm chocolate cookie mix
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup (or more to taste) mix of white chocolate chips and semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cream butter in a large bowl
  • Add in water and cookie mix
  • Combine fully
  • Add in chocolate chips by hand
  • Roll into balls & bake for 11-13 minutes on an engrossed baking sheet

Wait until cool before eating–if you can!!!

Makes anywhere from 2-3 dozen (or more) depending on your personal cookie size.

Here’s the ingredients from the ardennefarm box, btw:

Cane Sugar, Gluten-Free FLour Blend (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour), Brown Sugar, Cocoa, Baking Soda, Non-GMO Aluminum-Free Baking Powder, Salt, Xanthum Gum, Natural Vanilla.

Pretty good, right? It’s also Vegan, depending on what kind of butter you add. (I also vote for the real–but if you are vegan you could definitely use a butter alternative!)

Next time I am going to have to try the ardennefarm Fudge Brownie Mix–or possibly the chocolate cake! (So many chocolate choices! Oh my!)

Are you a chocoholic? Do you love to RUN FOR CHOCOLATE!?!?

Lucky you, I’m giving away a box of this chocolate tastiness for YOU to have and bake! Enter below via Rafflecopter for the chance to get your own chocolate cookie goodness! 🙂

Believe it or not, even though I love to bake and actually owned a baked goods company for several years, I’m not much of a sweets or chocolate eater but I do love a good chocolate chip cookie! Thanks for sharing .
