Brighten your spring wardrobe with Le Tote

When I was in high school, I was teased (I’d like to think lovingly so) with the name “fashionista.”

As an adult, I’ll proudly admit that I love all things fashion. Shoes, jewelry, and the clothes!

And one of my favorite seasons of all for apparel is spring. I’m a spring lover. (I think it was living in the South–I just can’t get enough of color!)

But I’m also on a mindful budget and live in a small space.

That’s where Le Tote comes in. It’s the netflix of clothing. Meaning it’s a) more eco-friendly b) fashion-forward always and c) just tons and tons of fun. They send you clothes, you wear them, you send them back for more awesome finds! (Of course-you are always welcome to purchase and keep a piece if you fall in love!!)

LE TOTE clothing and accessory rental

I’ve been talking about it for months (everybody remembers THIS Willow & Clay sparrow sweater, gorgeously captured by Ashlee Hamon):

And y’all have been asking and asking about my latest fashion finds.

And thus…

The time has come to share all my totes with you.

So, by popular demand, look for regular blog posts showing you the inside of my latest totes! 🙂

Here’s my latest spring season tote:

BB Dakota Printed Spaghetti Strap Dress

Super cute! Please pardon my pile of accessories that (silly me) forgot to move out of the way…. I did have a bit of a hard time deciding what to pair with the dress due to the pattern. (I chose some Pura Vida bracelets and a necklace that my father gave me, which he was so glad to see me wear!) I love it and will definitely keep it for a week–I think I may wear it to my friend’s rehearsal dinner! The cut is a bit wide, however, but the darling colors and pattern make up for that! It’s the kind of dress that’s perfect for summer-time. Cute and light-weight! I may want to own this eventually, but I can’t decide quite yet!!

Dex Front Pleated Blouse

Super super adorable! The color is to DIE for! I wore it all over town and to work and have received SO MANY compliments. It’s a little big on me, so it’s probably best to send back and exchange–but the color is just so amazing I will want to have Le Tote send it back to me ASAP. It was absolutely adorable paired with shorts! Love magenta so much!

RD Style Watercolor Tie-Dye Maxi

Oh how I loved this one! It is reminiscent of a dress I am coveting at Anthropologie right this second!

Unfortunately, it was too big. 🙁 They usually send me perfect fits, but this one came in a medium instead of a small and was a littttttttttle bit too big. I belted it up to make it work (and still think it’s adorable), but I probably could have done better with a small. Luckily, Le Tote asks you to explain how something fits so that they can better style your next tote. Just tell them where exactly it was too roomy and they will use that criteria to better find fashion that works for your body!!

Sanctuary Lavender Contrast Top

I was less thrilled when I saw this one come out of the box, but try it on and can you say gorgeous?! Those stylists know what they’re doing. Although, my Mama thought it was almost a tad too low cut. I like this piece because it can be worn for work, for play, with a  skirt, with slacks, with layers, you name it! So versatile and the pop of lavender is slimming and eye catching. 😀

Final verdit?

My latest tote was one of the best yet!! If they keep on coming like this, I am going to have a most styling spring and summer–and beyond! I’m thrilled with the choices and have already been wearing them around town like a champ. (You may have noticed a few photo shares with these outfits on social media and in my Easter blog post!) Thanks Le Tote!

What do you think?

I love this idea! I am unfortunately very picky, so I don’t know how well it would work for me. I love the dresses though! Thanks for sharing!!

I haven’t tried Le Tote yet only because I prefer to get to keep the clothes that I get. I am a big fan of Stitch Fix and Golden Tote though!
