How To Include Yoga Balls In Your Home Practice

I’ve recently been lucky enough to get to know the founder of Clever Yoga! They make fabulous yoga props, including straps, blocks, mat straps, balance pads, and yoga balls!

I had a BALL starting to play with the yoga balls.

You may know them as an exercise ball..

They look like this:


But the best part…. they are SO MUCH FUN!

I can’t stop smiling!

You can do backbends, core work, even use them as a chair!

I did a Periscope last night to show off my favorite ways to incorporate yoga balls into my practice.

It was such a hit, we put it up on YouTube! Please excuse my messy hair…and watch on for giggles and LOTS of (I hope) helpful tips!! 😀
