Unapologetically You Giveaway!

happy healthy fit giveaway

Did you see this shirt?

My friend Amanda of Unapologetically You made an AMAZING shirt:

Yes. Happy, healthy, <3 fit.

That’s me!

Smiles for miles! (Yes, please excuse that huge pile of Clever Yoga props you see next to me lol. I have to get my home practice on always!)

How is this me?

Happy: Come on, I live for happiness. I believe that joy is to be found in each and every day, in each and every moment. Even when we are feeling at our saddest, angry, mad, you name it–we can ALWAYS find something to be happy about.

Healthy: Mental health, physical health,Β emotionalΒ health. These things are necessary to be able to live a full and abundant life. We can’t help others, we can’t achieve our goals, we can’t live up to our potential unless we are truly healthy and taking care of ourselves–inside and out!

Love: Because I’m all about the love, the love. Y’all know this! πŸ˜‰

Fit: Because all those things together = fit mind, fit body, fit soul. And that’s where I like to be! Don’t you agree?

I walk every morning at sunrise. I live by the water and draw my energy from the wind and the air. I am always thankful for this time alone to appreciate the beauty of life. I hope never to take these walks for granted. Blessed, healthy, happy and fit.

My husband is disabled, he doesn’t get to move around much – so it is important every day I have a positive attitude for both of us

My motivation comes from within. I simply love what I do.

I set my phone alarms for 5 and 5:30am, and in the notes for those alarms, I put in a motivational message. My phone talks to me that early in the morning, telling me it is time to get up and be beautiful. If that isn’t enough, my very handsome Army SFC will be calling me to kick me into gear. <3

Getting in some sort of activity/sweat always makes me feel better and this rubs off on those around me, so thats (in part) what keeps me motivated

My inspiration comes from my daughter. I do my best to be the example I want for her and that means staying active.
